Drop 001 runs on a pre-order model, which means your tee is made after you order it, not before. This keeps things intentional, reduces waste, and makes sure every tee that exists has a home.
Once the drop closes, production begins. Simple as that.
When will I receive my order?
Pre-orders ship within 2-3 weeks of the drop closing.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking details as soon as your tee is on its way.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If you need to update your address, email us at hello@thedogparentclub.com.au within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we can't guarantee changes can be made once production is underway.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
We'll sort it. Email us at hello@thedogparentclub.com.au with your order number and a photo if applicable, and we'll make it right.
